No risqué or indecent swimwear or clothing is permitted.Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.
We support your right to adorn your body with art. However, management reserves the right to decline entry to, or remove after entry, any guest with excessive or extreme tattoos, body modifications and/or jewelry.
ALL PERSONS, BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

Outside Food, Drinks, or Liquids (this includes water bottles of any kind)
Vitamins/Supplements • Over the Counter Medications
Cameras/Go Pros Wearable Technology (watches are permitted)
Selfie Sticks • Colognes/Perfumes • Marijuana Products
Vaporizers “Vapes”/Chewing Tobacco • Party Props
XS Nightclub Management reserves the right to make the final decisionson any items restricted from entry to ensure the safety of all guests.
Guests who do not follow the directions of XS Nightclub may be asked to leave the venue.
MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE RESORT
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
XS Nightclub has a zero tolerance policy. Guests are required to comply with Venue and Resort policies at all times. Any guest found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the Venue and/or Resort in Wynn Las Vegas Management’s sole discretion and forfeits their right to any applicable refunds.

This area is being used to photograph and record video and film footage in connection with the promotional and publicity campaign of XS Nightclub. By your presence in this area, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded.
Further, by your presence here, you grant permission for your likeness to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration. Live streaming of Instagram, Facebook, Tixr, Snapchat and other media platforms are being used at XS Nightclub.
